The Lee County Industrial Park — already home to world-renowned companies like Pfizer, Zurn and Caterpillar — recently opened a new section with prime sites currently available.

Bordering U.S. 1, the park provides quick access to Raleigh, Durham and the Research Triangle Park — with direct access to Interstate 40 and, through its various interchanges, with Interstates 85 and 95.

Other highways bordering the park or within a few miles along U.S. 1 are: N.C. 87, offering quick access to Fayetteville and Fort Bragg; U.S. 15-501, with Chapel Hill about 45 minutes north; and U.S. 421, which runs through Greensboro.

The network of highways serving the park provides easy access to regional and national markets.
